MTRX not playing back 96k audio from Pro Tools

I have the Avid MTRX and it is not playing back audio for any sessions above 48k. Whenever I open a 96k session I cannot get audio to playback, I see audio on the meters in Pro Tools(2020.5), do not see any audio on the meters in the DAD software, Dante controller software all the Dante connections change from green dots to red circle with a line through it. If anyone has any advise on getting this working please let me know. Thanks!

My setup is 7,1 Mac Pro > Native Thunderbolt > Digilink > MTRX > Dante > Pulse16DX(DA Converter > Speakers

Clocking
MTRX is the master, clocking set to dante, and to follow digilink clock sample rate

Avid sync > MTRX > Pulse16dx > Avid Sync

MTRX specs,
2ch Analog card, SPQ card, 64ch Dante module.

It’s sounds like you have a simple sample rate mismatch. You need no make sure that all devices within Dante Controller are at the same rate before you patch. If you open device view (command + d) you can highlight each device and ensure that the sample rates are set appropriately.

Awesome that worked! Thank you so much. Do I need to manually change this setting in the Dante Controller software anytime switching sample rates? Or is there a setting to allow the device clock settings to change automatically?

MTRX can change its rate automatically to match the clock rate or the rate for example from Pro Tools if “Adapt to” is set to DigiLink, however I can’t speaker for the capabilities of your other devices like the Pulse converter. They likely need to be toggled manually in Dante Controller.

Looks like it will have to be manual. Just tried the adapt setting and no luck.
