Connecting 2 third party hardware to HDX1
I'm trying to add an Eventide H9000 with HD card to my HDX1 with Lynx Aurora(n) 16 LTHD.
I have the Lynx on the primary port and the H9000 on the secondary. The Lynx has only Word Clock (1 in/ 3 out) The H9000 has Loop Sync ant Word Clock (1 in/1 out) What's the best way to connect the 2 units for sync clocking ? I also have a Lucid Genex96 clock generator if needed Thanks Francois

Re: Connecting 2 third party hardware to HDX1
Choose either the Lynx or the Lucid to be the clock master and distribute Word Clock to everyone else. The benefit of the Lynx would be that it should change SR triggered from DigiLink. The Lucid would have to be toggled manually.

Re: Connecting 2 third party hardware to HDX1
Had to go with the Lucid clock, so far the most stable setup considering that I also have the Trinnov Dmon and a few more Digital/Analog preamps(Weiss and Focusrite)
