HDX + MTRX Core Audio Latency in Logic?
I work in both PT and Logic, currently with an Apollo.
I am considering an HDX + MTRX rig and while I know it will be amazing for PT, what sort of latency can I expect with the HD Drivers using this hardware in Logic? Will I still be able to play VIs with 32 sample buffers like I do now? (2019 Mac Pro) |

Re: HDX + MTRX Core Audio Latency in Logic?
Buffer size performance is completely dependent on your computer speed. Yes, you can certainly adjust the Core Audio (Configure Device) preferences to set HDX (MTRX) to a 32 sample buffer.
I'll defer to other users who spend significantly more time in Logic than me. Jeff |

After looking forever for this: you'll find this by right clicking HDX in Audio-Midi Setup...
