MTRX Studio Firmware 1.0.3.2

Hello

I just download the new firmware (MTRX Studio Firmware 1.0.3.2 (ZIP) 2.4 MB) fro mmy Avid account and also upgrade my Dadman 5.4.4.2

But I'm enable to update de Firmware of my interface i get two time this message : Programming error (Programming timed out . Please check the connections and power the unit.) It went to 5333 of 58525 records programmed

Hope it doesn't damage my unit because it was working find until now

Please help me

We've seen those issues previously but thought that most of them had been resolved with the new DADman / firmware combination. Can you try the following please and let me know?

Direct connect your Mac workstation to the MTRX Studio - which would be temporarily using a self-assigned 169 address. Temporarily disable additional network adapters (external or internal) in addition to Wifi. Temporarily disable Dante Virtual Soundcard (click Stop) if that is running.

Attempt to update the firmware again from Settings > Device List > IP > Update firmware.
