S4 Previous Next Clip buttons
Spending a lot of time trying to develop workflows on the S4 after being very comfortable for years on a C24.
I'm curious what I might be missing with the Previous/Next clip button. I'm assuming these will move the cursor clip to clip on a track. Pressing them does nothing, but holding Cntrl on a fader module does move the cursor clip to clip. What is pressing the Previous/Next clip buttons with out a modifier supposed to do? As I said it is not apparently doing anything now? Is there a way to move it clip to clip selecting clips as you do this? I would have thought holding shift would. Using the left, right, up, down arrows with a shift key on the C24 - I did this all the time. Any thoughts very much appreciated. |

Re: S4 Previous Next Clip buttons
Greetings,
It's a keyboard function which sounds like it is not triggering. Please press the ENTER switch on your numeric pad of the Automation module and tell me if that triggers a new memory location? If not, can you please remove then re-add the following back to Settings > Privacy & Security > Accessibility: MC_Client WSControl Pro Tools (your current version). Let us know. best, Jeff |
