Edit commands twice when transport/jog wheel in trim?
I'm currently experimenting with editing using the jog wheel on the S6.
After setting up dedicated soft keys with macros it actually makes for a pretty pleasant experience, but I'm having an issue with having to press edit commands - separate clip, trim to start/end, fade to start/end, etc. - twice when the jog wheel is in trim mode. This happens with both keyboard shortcuts and EUCON commands from the S6. Is there any way to change this behavior? Thanks, Linus |

Re: Edit commands twice when transport/jog wheel in trim?
Greetings,
Are you referring to (A) press a soft key, (B) adjust the wheel for said function, (C) press the same soft key to exit out? best, Jeff |

Re: Edit commands twice when transport/jog wheel in trim?
Hi Jeff,
No. What I’m doing is keeping the jog wheel in trim to move my cursor/edit selection, and while the wheel is still in trim I’m using edit commands like trim or fade to start/end, separate, etc. While the wheel is in trim, I need to click the soft key (or keyboard shortcut) twice for the edit to happen. /Linus |
