MTRX2 Digilink card 32 ins and out's only

I have a MTRX2 with HDX2 and I bought a Digilink card to go with it. I am only seeing 16 A/Ds and 16 D/A's not the full 32 and 32. I've reseated the card and switched to a different slot and still the same. Both HDX cards passed Digitest multiple times. Is there some kind of firmware thing I'm missing? I have the current version of DADMan (5.6.9.1). My firmware version is in the included picture and pic of my DADMan Config. (There are red triangles because I have the Digilink's unhooked). I guess I'm just wondering if I'm missing some sort of firmware update or if by chance, something is wrong with the card.

You've likely got the Digilink connection mode wrong in the MTRX II.

It's not that.
It's you are running at 192kHz. Channels get halved.

For reference (this is counting inputs+outputs)



But you are also missing the second digilink entry. That happens when you are in Pri/Exp mode instead of Pri/Pri mode.

I would also kill the Avid Audio Server - and set the Adapt to in DADman to DigiLink 1. When Pro Tools is Quit / Launched there is a handoff between the CoreAudio driver and the direct HDX (HD Drivers). If you will (presumably) never use CoreAudio - you can simply prepend an x (xAvidAudioServer) to the path -> Macintosh HD > Applications > Avid > AvidAudioServer.

As the other fine folks already mentioned, under Conf > DigiLink - you want to set DigiLink Mode to Pri/Pri and port emulation to MTRX 32x32.
