hey doug... or anyone else who currently owns an M-Audio Project Mix I/O

i saw you were planning to post a review on it.... i REALLY wana buy one.. but being a 19 year old college kid who lives in his parents basement i dont wana drop $1300 canadian on a piece of equipment thats going to suck. please someone give me an adequate review on this project.

how are the mix pres?
what makes it drool worthy?
what isn't so great about it?
what absolutely sucks about it?
what hidden annoyances are there that you may not know till you start using it?

any other things that i should know... i want protools and i want this unit...

please tell me if its worth it....

i dunno how often i'll check this site... so if anyone with an abundance of information would like to e-mail this to me i would be ever so greatful.

thanks

yeah, its worth the money. check other threads on the Projectmix. the fact that they are hard to find in a brick and mortar store says something. and they are hard to find on ebay used......
