iLok wth license PTHD10 not working

Hi,

I have a PTHD10 license in 1st gen iLok but sometimes it give me an error that I need to unplug and plug it again to work.

Yesterday I've bought a 2nd Gen iLok and tried to move the License from my old ilok to the new.

Then the poblems started, after a few errors with iLok new license manager the ilok license is not anymore in my old ilok it's in the "cloud" and now I can't activated anymore it give me an error saying this:

"Product Name Publisher Name - Error Message - This License does not have any activations available"

Need some help.

I've manage to put the License inside iLok, but Protools won't launch it asks me for the license.

arghhhhh

anyone with the same problem?

If the new license manager is installed on the same computer PT10HD is installed on, uninstall the new PACE/Ilok drivers (be sure they are completely uninstalled) Do a complete uninstall of Pro Tools and drivers. Reinstall Pro Tools HD and any interface drivers but do not reinstall the new ilok drivers. Instead try launching Pro Tools to see if that fixes the issue. Pro Tools by default installs "generic" ilok drivers

Like you said, you managed to finally move the license and PT still gives you an error. It may be a conflict with the new ilok license manager

Now I have the license inside my iLok but is only the Protools 10HD bundle name with a (1) without any license inside

I've summited a ticket with the error to ilok, and then I've waited almost a week till the license was working fine.

After some active and deactived license it starts working. It was not a passive and fast resolve but the it was resolved.

Filing a ticket with iLok.com is the absolute first thing to do. Glad you got it sorted
