Free scrollwheel-script: Vertical over tracklist and Horizontal zoom over workarea.

Here is a free script that makes the scrollwheel dynamic in Protools.

When mousepointer is on the left side over the tracklist the scrollwheel is working in vertical mode.

When mousepointer is on the right side over the audio/workarea the scrollwheel is working in horizontal zoom mode.

Choose edit script in AHK and paste this. (If you want, you can adjust the values of 430 to fit your session)

It's great to see another AHK colleague post their work. This is a great advanced example of using coordinates. Well done Eric!

I noticed you used the "#IF" command with no assigned expression or parameters at the end of your code. I've never seen it used that way before. I'll have to research that approach.

Seems to do with IF Pro Tools is active. I as I believe you do, just use "Winactive...." and not #IF. Either way should work.

When I see code like that for either AHK or Mac Automator or Keyboard Maestro...I realize how big of a simpleton I am....

Oh well you have to start somewhere huh.
