Default The DJ Brake Feature.. Any Way Possible?

now i know that most pitch benders have an envolope but is ther any benders that can go from 100% down to 0% (a complete stop,no -50 semitones no -60 semitones) but a complete stop.. and is it a VST,DX, or AudioSuite.. someone let me know.. would be nice to do some digital brakes instead of swapping from CDJ to WAVE in a mix.. can stil tell the difference

Apreaciate the help in advance
