Loud static noise when PT are record enabled
I have read thje threads about static noise on playback trying to figure out what the hell is going on. No luck. This is what has been happening TODAY for the first time.
I am using 002. Protools 8. WIndows XP. Everytime I record enable PT, I get loud static noise. I have used different channel preamps (mic and line) (1-8), external preamps. Same thing. Created a new session, Changes cables, rebooted, asked for forgiveness from my wife...for everything..no luck. Any ideas?? I can post SANDRA if needed. I record to a dedicated internal hard drive. |
