Default I NEED SOME ****ING HELP! PLEASE!!!!!!!!

What up DUC!

I've been reading so much for so long on this issue that I'm driving myself crazy and I'm starting to feel like a tweaker! I have a 002R and I need a laptop with the best DaveC Rating! I will only use a PC, AMD 64 bit,, must have good battery life, be expandable, be available and not discontinued, not boil over from heat, work with protools, (have I covered everything?) I can spend up to $1500.00 for this rare piece of existence! I know I'm pretty picky but I try to get the best equipment. Just wish somethings were a little bit more compatible. I welcome all suggestions! I want to start recording someday. Also I'm trying to stay away from over priced ones that make you pay a bundle because of the name. Don't know if there is anything left but would still love the feedback.

Thanx DUC

Any reason for an AMD 64 bits? I have one as desktop, and bought a centrino laptop, and the centrino kicks ass even in games.

I'm asking because the AMD 64 requirement for a laptop will narrow your choices to like... 2 models or so. So you can stop making demands on all the other features.

O.K. well I guess if you have information on Intel laptops and not just AMD I could use that info also. I just feel secure with AMD since I have never had a problem with there processors and have had problems with Intel. Anyways so once again all the info still applies just add Intel and AMD to the list. I know I was being pretty picky but I figured that it would have narrowed it down to just a couple of choices. Sorry! I still welcome all feedback PLEASE!

Thanx

There is a whole thread dedicated to best laptops for PTLE. I think the sheer annoyance factor of your post title will keep anyone from helping you out, I'm surprised I responded myself.
Calm down,
Adam
