Edit and mix windows issues

Hello all, I am having an issue lately that is pretty annoying.

I have 2 monitors and usually have my edit window on the left and the mixer on the right.

Now here is the kicker, whenever I minimize Pro Tools or open a folder from windows the edit and mixer window spreads out and expands to both monitors. Even when I open Internet Explorer it does it. Never did before until around 3 month ago.

I usually have to click the minimize on the edit and mix window then put them back in each monitor.

I am on a PC BTW. Thanks
