Click on the arrow to access the pull down menu:

Select > Unused, then Clear.

Or just use the shortcuts: Ctrl+Shift+U then Ctrl+Shift+B then Alt+Click+Remove then File > Save Copy In... > Items To Copy > Check Audio Files > Save session to new location and path. Careful if you're going to use Delete instead, as it's destructive and the audio files don't get moved to the desktop recycle bin. Unfortunately, not everything gets cleared/deleted using this procedure. It's a bug that's been around for awhile. Another method is to select all audio tracks in the session then File > Export > Selected Tracks as New Session > Items to Copy > check Audio Files > Ok > Choose file path then Save. There's more than one way to do what you're trying to achieve.

The Regions list got renamed to the Clips list.

and yes, Regions=Clips. The term was regions for all previous versions of Pro Tools, but with 10, they changed it to clips.

Yep.

Regions = Digidesign (audio) term
Clips = Avid (video) term

Hopefully this confusion ends with PT11 as most people need to start fresh and probably skip many versions
