Default How to or is their a way to quantize audio?

I am just curious is their a way to quantize audio instead of midi? If so how can this be done?

yes indeed there is if you have 7.4 or 8, though I have been having problems with it in PT8. Check out my thread here

near the bottom there are instructions. Note that the instructions are based around quantizing drums, but if you apply appropriate elastic audio to all of the tracks it works(even guitar, vocals, piano, etc.). You just have to make sure that the sensitivity is turned all the way down for any track that you do not want the quantize feature to "key" off of. I.E., make sure that the sensitivity is down for everything but kick and snare(most likely)
