As long as it works as well as 9.0.0 did!

TCM, I read your post. Give a little time for the smoke to clear. I'm sure those things that should be readdressed... will be.

Many of the simple unmentioned things in this release actually increase workflow and production immensely. The new Clip List Reveal command will get used greatly on my end. That simple one alone saves me a lot of hassle.

Mixed file format support with different bit depths is definitely an area I can see Avid expanding upon in future releases. I'd like to see them finally support FLAC in this area, and not just the proprietary lossless audio formats from MS/Apple etc.

The ability to record interleaved files is a pretty big plus.

The Bus Interrogation option is another simple feature that gets used immensely on my end.

There are other, and even better, solutions for running sessions from RAM(Disk Cache). Myself and mykhal c documented this a few years back. Some old Hard Disk vs RAM Disk benchmarks. SuperSpeed SuperVolume would make for an alternative Disk Cache option. It would actually be better than what's currently implemented in PT 10. There's lots of room for expanding this great new feature in PT 10. It's amazing to finally see this feature in the code. A big +1 to the developers who worked on this part!

Another less talked about feature to be doing back flips over is the new, "Export Tracks as New Session..." command. Though simple and perhaps overlooked in the new feature list, it sure speeds up workflow and production. Well done to the Developer who worked on this one.

Now they just need to add the ability to open sessions in different tabs within the same PT session.
