The adjustments in the monitor profile are specifically for balancing speaker trims. The adjustments in the DA row of DADman are designed so that you can optimize the dynamic range for equipment you are feeding into. They serve different purposes. All of the calculations are performed in floating point. Set your DA faders appropriately based on the headroom of your gear, then make minor adjustments to speaker attenuations within the Monitor Profile.
