Default MIDI notes continue sounding even after stop the record

Hi friends, I need your help, I have a Co-Install Pro Tools 10.3.9 and 12.3 protools
In the protools 10.3.9 when playing a midi, assigning the midi out to Roland Fantom x6 as midi controller, protools crashes, and crashes pc
In protools 12.3 when playing a midi, assigning the midi out to Roland Fantom x6 as a MIDI controller, the pasted notes remain
. Some MIDI notes continue sounding even after stop the record
I've tried changing the USB cable, I used another controller midi yahama, and still the same problem

"Common" issue with Midi devices, hit-panic button, or program one to your midi controller.
All notes off.
Cc123 value 0.

All sound off
Cc120 value 0.
https://www.midi.org/specifications/...midi-message#3

Usually caused by too much Midi information, active sensing, MTC, MMC, etc...
Or a bad timing clock.
Or radio/electric noise in the signal.
Or a dirty power supply,
Or a midi feedback/Loop.
Or a bad ground "in the cable." Or the synth, etc...

Midi USB is not the best, specially in W7.
But there are plenty other options. Available.

Welcome to the forum. You can silence stuck MIDI notes in PT by choosing Event > All MIDI Notes Off. There's also the key command Control+Shift+Period (.) (Windows) or Command+Shift+Period (.) (Mac) for the All MIDI Notes Off command.

Hope that helps.

Can you unistall your current driver and install this one please :

http://secure.digidesign.com/service...&localeCode=en

There is a know bugs with the 003 drivers and this driver fix them all. Remember to trash prefences after the new driver installation . It doesnt hurt to try !
