The link I posted goes here now.

No -- the link you posted was just a secured/deep link.

It was one that no one but you could have accessed because it was tied to your account. When your account log in timed out, you would get a new URL if you log back in and and go through to your Products & Subscriptions page and the "What's New in 2018.7" pdf.

It's still there. You just deep-linked to where you shouldn't have.

And the EQs still don't work.

Avid? Anyone out there want to explain what's going on?

Greetings,

Apologies for the lack of information here. There was an initial expectation (per the Pro Tools release notes referencing additional plug-ins with EQ curve support) that the plug-in updates would be available concurrently with Pro Tools 2018.7. Barring any last minute technical issues, we expect these plug-ins to be available and pushed to ApplicationManager sometime next week.

best,

Jeff

And where can we download this new v2018.8 release? I don't see the download updated in my account.

It’s there. Application manager will do it or the faster way is to grab the complete plugin installer from my.avid account. (Otherwise you have to hit a lot of “accept” dialogues for each plugin through the app manager). Came out last Friday.

The 2018.8 was probably the plugin versions... that is what the link said anyway
