The Talkback row at the very top of the Monitor Profile window is where you declare which IO resources you will be using for 1 or multiple Talkback mic inputs. If you declare multiple then they are summed before being injected. The Output Set - is sent to the destination of your choice - for Pro Tools workflows we've set it to be DigiLink so it arrives in Pro Tools IO. From the Output menu of that Monitor you are choosing to inject or not inject (plus attenuation logic) those TB Mic inputs you declared at the top of your Monitor Profile (in addition to any sources that may or may not be included in the Source inputs of this monitor). So, which source(s) do you want, where do you want to send it, do you want to inject TB, go. Jeff |
