Default S6 ADR mixer question

Hi Guys,

I'm looking at the minimal s6 for an ADR stage. Critical for me is the monitoring section ala the icon series.

Can I

Assign different cue mixes to different outputs?

Can I assign talkback to different outputs?

Output for Loud speaker?

Easy audition of cue mixes in mixers headphones vs playback on mains?

You may want to take a look at the offerings from DAD including the AX32. These are EUCON enabled monitoring interfaces that can be controlled directly from the S6 and offer much more comprehensive control of routing, cues, talkback and monitoring (analog and digital sources) than the XMON.

Thanks, Jeff! I've seen this but the xmon and icon are perfect for my needs. Is that routing the same in the s6?

The functionality with the XMON is very similar to that on the ICON series controllers if that is what you are used to. 3 Stereo Cues can be fed from the Stereo Mains or the individual external CUE inputs (use sends in your template to feed interface outputs to feed these) on the back of the XMON with optionally injected Talkback.

Thanks Jeff! Is there also control of an external loud speaker for the live room with custom cue routing?

Yep. SLS can be fed from Cues and Mains also. For more detailed information on this click on the link for Control Room in the S6 Operation document linked below.
