Got it. Transport Lock is really only intended to keep one EUCON enabled app (Pro Tools, DADman, Cubase...) locked to that DAWs transport commands. This isn’t necessary regarding multiple workstations - especially if you are always using Pro Tools on all workstations. Simply focus any of up to 8 attached WS’s via MTM or SoftKeys and then you should be able to trigger any EUCON, Keyboard or Surface functions from the surface.

On a side note, Transport Lock only applies to the bottom section of the Automation Module. The numpad section you are referring to is actually part of the Locate category if you look at Settings > Soft Keys on the Master Module.

Also...are you confident that all the workstations in question have accessibility enabled for keyboard input under the macOS? If not, it won’t allow you to transmit numpad functions.
