you are right, that is not my preset. it never gave me a naming error when i uploaded the preset.

ok, i'm gonna change the name to "metallic black" and upload it shortly.

try it with or without the eq, depending on your speakers. the eq rolls off some lows and highs, which may not be needed.

I don't think that its the name as much as it takes a few days or more for them to post them on the site after they've 'approved' them. I imagine that it'll be up there in a few days time.

EDIT:

Yep, just looked and when you go to upload it says:
  1. Click on ADD ENTRY.
  2. Fill out form and click on UPLOAD FILES.
  3. Upload your Rig preset (.tfx file or .zip for multiple presets) by clicking BROWSE, then click UPLOAD to attach.
  4. When done, Click SEND at bottom of screen.
  5. After the Admin checks your file, it will be added to this site and available for other people to download.

Agreed, but it usually only takes a day. Justin may be on Vacation sipping Margarita's in the sun........ or just drunk.

Last posted preset was on the 25th.

I know that about 2 months ago someone posted a message over at another forum and said they uploaded it to the site....about 2 weeks later it showed up.

I'm not complaining (it does suck to wait sometimes), but I understand that they don't even have to host the website let alone update it immediately in order to make me happy.

World would be a whole lot cooler if everyone just did what I wanted though.

Thanks in advance!

Gave it the old once over last night and I only had to tweak the midrange a bit to dial it in for my pickups. Very good and very appreciated. I've never been one to try to spend a lot of time dialing in this kind of tone and it's got a lot of good things for me to look at and learn from.
