What video specs for pt
Ive Got a mac book pro mid 2009, I am doing some audio post on a short movie, the video is an apple pro res proxy 1080, ma seems to be not fluid, which codec and container should I use.

DNxHD also works very well, though the files are pretty large. I've recently had a few problems with ProRes for some reason. Maybe convert your ProRes to DNxHD? |

a lot of video editors use it to convert DLSR video to DNx or Pro Res for editing
