Help with gpi and mic triggering for zoom via Protools

I would like to use the gpi function on protools to mute and unmute a mic during a Zoom playback sesseuon.

So, is it possible to have a USB mic, that's plugged into a computer that's being is used to host a Zoom conference, to mute when protools is in playback. And unmute when protools is stopped

If you route the mic thru Pro Tools on an AUX or AUDIO track, you can insert Sound Radix Mute-o-Matic plugin. The plugin is free and can be set to mute when playback starts, or when playback stops. I use it to mute several talkback mics when I roll transport
