Default Project Recovery from manual backup

  1. Had a computer crash and rebuilt it
  2. New install of Pro Tools First
  3. Copied a manual backup of all files to documents/protools to replace the clean install.
  4. I can open new projects
  5. I cannot see the old project listed in the start menu, just the new ones.
  6. I can see bot old and new files in the folders
HOW DO I OPEN THE OLDER PROJECTS
