MIDI Help Akai mpc 2500 w/keyboard

I have a miniak and sound module.. Whats the best way to hook up my midi?
I sequence '' brain & my heart '' everything on the 2500.

I want to use the sounds out my keyboard and my sound module on each beat I produce.. So I may have midi coming from both my keyboard and sound module at the same time...

Now I know you have to cut the local off to get the sound module sound while controlling my sound module, with my keyboard synth midi controller.

so my midi keyboard im using is a synth '' internal sounds '' keyboard..
what if I have sound coming from my keyboard and sound module on one track at the same time. how will that work with the local off? so sound can come out my sound module.. you know when i playback and i want my sound from keyboard and sound module to play.?
How do I setup, so i can use both, keyboard/sound module same time sequencing on mpc 2500 jjos


Everything coming out my mpc into my interface/pro tools.. so midi ''2500'' out into interface 'in'' ptools.
