TR909 and Juno106 with midi - help needed

TR909 and Juno106 with midi - help needed

I've just started with Pro Tools and midi for that matter. I want to set up to control the 909 and the 106 from Pro Tools. I have no idea how to go about doing this, can anyone please help.
