Default Pt 7.3.1cs5 and Mojo Video error

Hi All,
I am renting a Mojo box to bring in video from a HDCAM into Pt 7.3.1cs5 and I keep getting “digitize aborted due to dropped frames error”. I looked on the support page and it says this was fixed with PT 7.3.1cs5. Does any body have any ideas how to fix this?
I’m running a Dual 1.25 G4 PPC with no other fire wire drive hooked up and everything is video referenced.

Thanks
Gary
