Will you fully qualify 7.4 with Quad G5 macs on Leopard?

I'm 100% sure that will happen, eventually. Quad G5's are only 2 years "old" machines and I bet many studios use them extensively (because they were the last PPC versions ever made and many bought them to get over the transition period).

We will just have to wait for it!

No sir - as indicated above, any of the machines that were not fully qualified with the initial 7.4 release will not be tested any further, whether it's for Leopard or otherwise.
