Need Help After Switching to Mac
I recently converted from a Dell 5150 Windows laptop to a new iMac system. I wish to work with several of the old windlows created 7.4 LE files on the mac. When I transfer a complete file by jump drive to the mac and open it, at least one track in the opened file plays at a different speed. It appears I cant use the file this way.
Here is the gearware: Old System Dell 5150 Inspiron - Windows Vista 1 TB Passbook external firewire drive with about 25 pro-tools created master song files. Digi Mbox Mini Pro tools 7.4 LE New System iMac 2 TB Passbook firewire 800 dedicated external HD formatted to mac Digi Mbox Mini Protools 7.4 LE What steps do I take to be able to transfer these files and use them freely on the iMac? Thanks Jmando |

Re: Need Help After Switching to Mac
On the PC use:
File > Save Copy In (Tick Audio Files etc) This is good practice, every now and then we all get caught out just copying the session folder, files missing etc.
