Default audio playback device: major issue
hello,

i just upgraded to PTLE 6.4 on a PC/Digi002 system. I recorded all my sessions to a firewire drive under 6.1, and 6.4 just doesn't let me open my previous sessions anymore, it says "FWDrive is not an audio playback device"
this is a major problem, and I would appreciate any help, otherwise i will have to downgrade before monday!

In the Workspace window,make sure that drive is not selected as a Transfer volume.

Previous poster is quicker than you.It was an assumption that if the drive was set to anything other than T he would be able to playback.

Poster " Bazzle " is a very experienced and a knowledgeable PT user...however, he lives in an area, where "current" technical informations are somewhat late to reach...
