Default begin and end

how to set begin and end of a song so that ptle will stop at the end

One way would be to "highlight" (or select) the regions (tracks) from the beginning to the end while making sure loop playback is not selected.
Or, insert a master fader in your session, and highlight (or select) only what you want played back in the master fader region.
