This whole thing is a PITA, believe me. You need at least Toast 5.01 for Toast to recognize the blank DVD-R. You need to be registered to get the update at
http://www.roxio.com/en/support/toast/toastupdates.html And that's only for DVD-R - there are four or five competing rewritable DVD standards. Can anyone else confirm that DVD-RAM will work like Disc burner, i.e. insert disc, "initialize" and then "burn disc" from the Apple special menu? If so, what extensions do you need? |
