Default Protools quitting during launch after making a new user

So i made a new user account on the mac at work and whenever i go to launch protools it gets about half way through loading all the plug ins and then it just quits. Protools still opens fine on the regular administrator account. I've tried restarting, repairing permissions, etc. and i have no clue whats causing this. We're running PT HD 7.4... anyone else had this same problem/know a solution??

Trash prefs, databases etc...Are you sure your new user's OS is compatible with your version of PT? Sounds like you need to reinstall PT.

Have you tried running the Pace preBinding Script?

what's the pace pre binding script?

and also the OS is the same as the admin login, its all 10.4.11 which is supported i'm pretty sure. but if it opens on the main user account i don't see why it wouldn't open on another user account???

If it's loading during launch of plug-ins - can you see which plug-in it fails on? What happens if you remove all plug-ins from your plug-ins folder and trash preferences? If Pro Tools launches, then it's a plug-in issue and my guess is that you've got a plug-in installed that requires a form of authorization other than iLok and it's not currently authorized for the new admin account.
