Problems Reverting Back to 7.1
For many reasons, I didn't like 7.4, so I am going back to the more stable 7.1 However, upon uninstalling 7.4 and then reinstalling 7.1 on bootup I get this error:
Entry Point Not Found: The procedure entry point_DsiSetThreadPriority@12 could not be located in the dynamic link library DSI.dll Can someone PLEASE tell me what this means and what I need to do! Thanks! |

Re: Problems Reverting Back to 7.1
Well, i don't know which of these three things did it, but this may be of use for someone else. I uninstalled PT 7.1 again and this time I chose to uninstall everything and not just PT. I did a 7.0 reinstall, this time deactivating the wavedriver install and the MP3 codec install and everything works fine.
I don't know if it was the fact that I uninstalled everything (3rd uninstall option), or the fact that I did not install the wavedriver or the MP3 codec. Damn buggy software... |
