Whats the cheapest ADAT Coverter avalible?!
Ok i need to buy a ADAT coverter for my 001 and i just wondered if im missing any cheap companies!
i need the cheapest converter.... [img]images/icons/smile.gif[/img] im in the uk, what do you recomend? cheers

Fostex has a box that does basically the same some old adat-machine with busted heads or transports also can do the job...

Like Bastian said. Go online to ebay or to some pawn store and try to find yourself a broken adat machine. Many people just throw them out after the heads go because they just arn't worth fixing. So you get a machine that dosen't run tape but you can still use the converters. Just run the audio threw it.
