M-Box 2 Customer Support
Hey guys,
Unfortunately I've been unable to resolve my problems through the forums and I've attempted to contact M-Audio. I have sent an email but they told me that I had contacted the wrong department and provided a link. However the link requires an ASC code which I do not have. Do we have to purchase technical support even if we have purchased and own one of their products?
