Decided to go with Synchronize Pro X by Qdea. http://www.qdea.com/synchronize_pro_x_intro.html
Was recommended to me by a friend in the biz who knows more than me. Its a good thing to surround yourself with people in your life who are smarter than you. Working great. Highly recommended.

carbon copy cloner for daily backups. superduper for OS drive clone backup

Been using Prosoft Data Backup 3. Works great for daily incremental backup of projects. It also does pretty much any other kind of backup.
