db25 PC pinout

Hi,
I am trying to get an analog output from my 192 to a PC Main Unit (input 2) via a DB25 cable. I know that the 192 is outputting since I have hooked the ana-outs directly to my monitors and can hear program (via a db25 to xlr cable) but when I try to run it through the PC via the db25 in order to get some monitor control, no audio seems to pass through. I am wondering if the db25 cable is wired in a way that is not compatible with the PC. Anyone have any ideas ?

For some reason when you want to hear output 1-2 from 192io and from software you should conect 7-8 cable jacks to controll room monitors.
I dont know why buy thats mayby a problem.

thanks koka, but my connection is db25m to db25m, so while you are right I am trying to understand if the pinout is mapped the same way or if anyone else has run into his problemo.
