Default iLok syncronization problem

I got new licenses waiting in my iLok accout.

I'm having problem syncronizing my ilok.
I've tried for so many times, it always gets stuck at the "One moment please..." page
I've waited for so many hrs now. (used to be mins)
At first I thought there might be too much traffic at the site.
...but it's been 2 days already!

Does anyone have any sucess syncronizing their iLok in the past 2 days?

Hi,

Have you got another computer you can use?

Or delete your internet browser cookies! as it sounds like you have got a corrupted cookie!! or try and locate the ilok.com (or whatever it would be called) cookie and delete that.

Thanks for the help!

I tried it with another computer, and deleted the cookie.
It still gets stuck at the "One moment please..." page.
Any more ideas?

Ok, I just tried it again with my G4 laptop.
This time it worked,
iLok synchronized, licenses downloaded.

perfect!

I wonder why it just won't synchronize with the work computer??
