Yes, hence the info in the posting above yours that the PT signal generator is to be avoided for calibration. The frequency response used to be even worse in older versions of PT so what you see now is actually already better than in the old days.
Just don't use it.
(or did you play them both at the same time in that screenshot without hitting solo?)
