Default Mac HFS+ Disk Support

Let's get right down to business.

I'm running PT 8.0 cs3 on my WinXP desktop, and I'd like to install Mac HFS+ Disk Support so I can use my mac formatted ext HDD. Is there a way to just install that one particular component, or do i have to uninstall PT8 and redownload the 4GB install file and install it again?

Thanks in advance for your help, fellas.

Ronnie

OK it's cool. Make fun of me and get it out of your system. But at least tell me what 'install that' means.

Fire up the PT installer and uncheck everything that you have already installed, PT8.0, Hardware drivers, Creative collection. etc. Now check what you want to install-In this case HFS+ support and run the installer. This should leave everything previously installed alone and just install HFS+ support.

One last thing! So I guess I have to download the entire 3.2 gig PT 8 installer, huh? Even though I'm simply installing a tiny component of it?

Ahh, Well this time you might want to save it or burn it to DVD saves waiting in line.

it's a bummer, but if you don't have the installer on a drive or on a disc, that's what you need to do.
