Apogee Trak2
I've been snooping around and can't find the answer to this question: is the ambus slot in the Trak2 generic so that it will take the same type of cards that go in the AD8000. Specifically, I'm looking for the card which will allow me to hook up the Trak2 directly to Ptools (without an 888 or 882, etc) and while I'd seen such a card before, it doesn't appear on Apogee's website anymore (or Sweetwater's).
Anyone know if it's still available...or if it would even work well? B |

Re: Apogee Trak2
Yes. All of the AMBUS and DA cards are available for the Trak2.

Re: Apogee Trak2
Hey Bryan,
It's called the "Digi8", and it's the same card that goes into the AD8K. PT will think that the Trak2 is an 888/24 so you don't need any other interfaces. Keep in mind though, that PT will think that you have 8 inputs when indeed you will only have 2. - Jan |
