Getting PTMP

Hi,

I am from the UK, for the past month or two I've been trying to get a hold of PTMP, I cannot get it. I've had it on preorder for some time from different suppliers. I've ordered it from Sound Control since I have an account there but they claim Avid are not shipping it. Are they having a laugh and being lazy or is there really a problem. I'm going to cancle more order tomorrow so any opinions welcomed.
