I just spent 20938582 hours trying to find the usefull PT HD compatibility guide. Of course, all the links from this forum are no longer valid.

I'm just trying to find if PT HD 7.4 is compatible with Mac os X 10.6

Why does everybody hate the new website? It must be that it is just different.

I instantly can find things waaayyy faster than I could before. I love the changes.

Yeah, right. Right now most of what's up there seems to point to the old pages with a modified domain name/url. Basically it looks like a wrapper for the old stuff - there's nothing really new at this point in time, although that may well change. The way I understood the 'open letter' was that at first the new pages would only be for the US and the rest of the world to follow at some point later in time. For those outside the US - how's it going for you in all this?

Using WW3 instead of WWW will take you to the old site pages.

Are you saying "Yeah, Right"... as in you agree or sarcastically agree. Can't tell.

In any case, the "new website" seems like a few new pages with new indexing that makes all their usual stuff more accessible. That is why I love the new changes. No more skimming through their drop down arrows trying to figure out what is most relevant. The new indexing feels very straight forward.

Sarcasm, pure and simple.
If you like it, fine, but I still think it's lipstick on a pig. Or re-arranging deck chairs on the Titanic.

I'm not liking it very much. The entire download section just doesn't work. I can't seem to find a download link for protools 7.4.2 anywhere. There where it says it's a download link, all you'll find is the documentation. Seriously, the site needs work.
