I got mine today in my Avid account, Pro Tools 12 Bundle which inclues Pro Tools 10, 11 and 12.......... I know this whole Pro Tools 12 thing has been a mess but I also know that Avid is working as hard as they can on this and IM sure in 1-2 weeks all of this will be forgotten........... Thank you AVID

I purchased an EDU upgrade last September also. I asked for some help a couple of pages back but it looks like I got lost in the flood of requests. My account doesn't show any support or upgrades available. I believe that I bought during the time of 4 years of upgrades. Can you put me on the list or open a case or whatever it takes to get me in line? Thanks for your help.
