bugs and things to improve in PT8 cs2

Hi,

1., PT8 sometimes looses the instrument allocations on the instrument tracks
2., rewire support mit plogue bidule is not really usable
3., midi region behavior with deleted notes is strange
4., Midi timing of the instruments isn´t tight (compare it wih Logic or thry bidule, what makes crackles)
5., 6., Midi Editor: while holding down shift key, note dragging in only one direction does sometimes not work
