Default Elastic Audio Requirements

Can someone please tell me how much computing power is necessary to actually use this without getting the DAE errors? Errors like running out of system resources or buffer size too small, or whatever else even though if you look in the Task Manager you see sufficient resources.

The current "fix" from digi tech support for me was to turn off elastic audio. I'm not posting a Sandra Report because I got this solution from Digi over the phone. PT runs fine except for EA. This is a major feature of PT. I'd like to be able to use it during the editing and mixing process at times without it locking up the application.

You can see the system I'm running now in my signature. I'm going to assume it isn't enough. What processor would work? Don't suggest getting a Mac.

Or would overclocking work since this processor can OC up to 4 GHz. 3 GHz is pretty safe. 4 GHz gets too hot.
